We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to play a key role in our B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and qualify potential business leads, prospects, and partners through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement Engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and present our tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services.
  • Sales Pitch Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure new business agreements.
  • Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Sales Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and revenue projections using CRM tools.
  • Targets and KPIs Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Salary = £28,000 OTE = £42,000 (but uncapped)
